About the founder: Harriet Robinson, principal of Info Matters, has over 30 years’ experience working in corporate, non-profit, and academic settings. In addition to starting Info Matters in 1995, Ms. Robinson has worked in non-profit legal services as a communications director and training director and in public health research and education as a project manager and research associate. Ms. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Goucher College and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University.
